Returns & Exchanges
What if my jewelry and I just aren’t vibing?
We accept returns within 3 days of delivery. The jewelry must be unworn, in its original packaging, and ready for its next love story.
Can I swap my order for something else?
Yes! Exchanges are available within 3 days of delivery for items of equal or lesser value.
Is there anything I CAN’T return?
- Earrings (for hygiene reasons—your ears deserve fresh bling).
- Customized jewelry (because it was made just for you).
- Sale items (a deal this good is final).
How do I start a return or exchange?
