Welcome to Crush Capsul, where jewelry is magical, and so is the fine print. By using our site, you agree to these Terms of Service—aka the rules of the sparkle-filled universe we’ve created. Read on to stay informed (and entertained).

By browsing, shopping, or even just window-shopping on Crush Capsul, you agree to follow these terms. If you don’t agree, we’re sad to see you go, but please refrain from using the site.

3. What We Sell
We create and sell jewelry that makes hearts race. Our product descriptions and images are as accurate as possible, but hey, sometimes minor differences happen (screens and lighting can be tricky).
4. Creating an Account (Optional, But Worth It)
You don’t have to create an account, but it makes shopping easier. If you do, please:

5. Placing an Order
Click, pay, sparkle—it’s that simple. But before your new jewelry arrives, a few things happen:

✔️ We confirm it via email (double yay!)
✔️ We prepare & ship your order
We reserve the right to cancel orders if:
- A product is unavailable
- A price is incorrect (oops!)
- We suspect fraud (stay honest, friends)
You’ll always be notified if this happens.
6. Shipping & Delivery
We ship worldwide, but delivery times may vary. Check out our Shipping Policy for details. While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or acts of the universe are beyond our control.
7. Returns & Exchanges
Not in love with your jewelry? You have 3 days to return or exchange it. See our Return Policy for full details.
8. We Own This Stuff (Legally Speaking)
Everything you see on this website—images, designs, text, branding—belongs to Crush Capsul or its licensors. You can’t copy, steal, or claim it as your own without our permission.
9. What Happens If You Submit Content
If you leave a review, post a comment, or share photos of your new jewelry, you grant us permission to feature it on our site and social media. We promise to give credit where it’s due!
10. Privacy Matters
Your data is safe with us. Read our Privacy Policy to see how we collect, use, and protect your info.
11. Legal Mumbo Jumbo (A.K.A. Limitation of Liability)
We do our best to ensure that our site and products are flawless, but we can’t guarantee perfection. We’re not responsible for any:
- Unexpected site downtime
- Minor product differences (screens and lighting, remember?)
- Third-party issues (like your bank or shipping carrier)
Basically, if something goes wrong outside of our control, we can’t be held liable.
12. If Something Goes Wrong
You agree not to sue us for things like:

These terms are governed by the laws of New Delhi, India. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of New Delhi.
14. If One Part of This Agreement is Invalid…
Don’t worry—the rest still stands. If a court finds one section unenforceable, the rest of these terms remain in full effect.
