Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping: 7-8 business days
  • Express Shipping: 3-4 business days

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
  • Customs or import duties, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.

Packaging

Every order is securely packed in high-quality packaging, ready to be gifted or enjoyed.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or damaged, contact us immediately. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. You may be required to file a claim with the shipping provider.

Returns & Exchanges – Love It or Swap It

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns & exchanges within the following guidelines.

Return Eligibility

  • Returns: Accepted within 3 days of delivery.
  • Exchanges: Offered within 3 days of delivery for items of equal or lesser value.
  • Items must be unworn, in original packaging, and with all tags intact.
  • Non-returnable items: Earrings (for hygiene reasons), customized jewelry, and sale items.

How to Return or Exchange

  1. Contact us at info@7cventures.com with your order number and reason for return or exchange.
  2. Receive a return label (for domestic orders) or return instructions.
  3. Processing time: Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days. Exchanges are shipped within 2-3 days after the returned item is received.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or personalized jewelry
  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
  • Sale or discounted items

Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days after receiving the returned item. Processing times may vary depending on your bank.

Cancellations – Change of Heart? No Problem

If you need to cancel or modify your order, contact us as soon as possible. If the order has already been processed and shipped, cancellations will no longer be possible.
